In-house Chef

I will use your kitchen, or the kitchen provided, to make meals for your group. Cost of food and added labor is not included in this amount but will be calculated according to the customized menu and number of guests attending. This can be an added $10-$60/person depending on the type of meal(s).

Typical dinner includes a salad, main, 1-2 sides, and a dessert. Any additional courses are subject to added costs.

 

Catering

I will utilize my own space to prepare and potential use of clients kitchen for heating and serving. Costs listed are per person and includes family style eating. Plated dinners are an added fee of $5/person.

$10 Simple (This could be vegetarian, a curry, or something as humble as spaghetti bolognese)
$14 Classic (Anything from coq au vin to meatloaf)

SIDES
$5 for 1
$9 for 2

DESSERT
A range of desserts are available from a simple pot de creme to a completely from scratch tiramisu.

Experiences

I do in-home classes as a way to learn, enjoy some time with the people you are with, and of course- eat.

These experiences typically last anywhere from 2-3+ hours and include tools, equipment, and ingredients. I can cater towards as many as 15 people as long as you have space for everyone to get involved.

$30-$50 per person (depending on ingredients)

*Travel costs may be included in traveling beyond Grand Rapids-Lowell area
